SPEED: Short terms of the solution integration and implementation

A single management window

The operator’s workplace displays received alarm signals indicating the facility, time and type of event. The system displays all events from all integrated systems at the facility that occurred after the first alarm event. The system also allows switching to the interfaces of integrated subsystems and managing their operation.

Role model

The system allows configuring different roles for employees — Operator, Manager, Administrator — that authorise the use of data that is necessary for the work of a specific employee.

Automated work algorithms

The system organises the creation and updating of operators’ work algorithms in case of alarm events. Algorithms consist of sequential execution steps, provide step-by-step instructions and tools for solving an issue. Alarm events can be created both manually and automatically, depending on the source of the event.

Report generator

The system enables you to receive reports of various types in automatic (scheduled) or manual mode, export reports to various formats. When generating a report, you can set a certain date or period of data generation, select an object or a group of objects that this data is intended for.

Fintech solution for centralised monitoring and control of cash transfer transactions using banknote counters.

BCVA (Banknote Counters Video Analytics) software is an addition to existing video surveillance solutions to collect, store and summarise data from banknote counters (counting machines) and then provide synchronised data to users.

CENTRALIZED INSPECTION: A single interface with simultaneous information from two cash transfer control systems: Counting machines and video surveillance.

image/Pidsvitka_do_divInfo

VERSATILITY: Allows connecting various models of counting and sorting equipment. Integration of the solution into the existing video surveillance system, regardless of the video equipment manufacturer.

image/Pidsvitka_do_divInfo

INCREASED CONTROL: These systems allow receiving counting and video surveillance data in real time or offline. This enables you to detect violations of the work process, provides additional control over compliance with policies and rules by employees.

MINIMISATION OF RISKS: Accurate synchronisation of counting data with the operation of video surveillance cameras allows receiving video confirmation of counting operations to address conflict situations.

Video control system

Integration with video surveillance and cashier control systems: Transmission of data on counting operations and video surveillance in real time. Full synchronisation of counting data with video surveillance cameras.

Administration panel

For convenient search of the necessary data, the admin panel offers various types of filters and groups: Employees (jobs), machines, cameras, accounts, event time, etc.

reparation of reports

The NEMBUS BCVA software displays on the operator’s computer data on the counting results during the day or shift, including the banknote analysis and the total amount of transactions with video recording.

Accounting

Allows transferring data to Excel for further systematisation and analysis of the received data.

Inputs come from banknote counting machines and CCTV cameras. The data for each counting operation is stored on the BCVA server, while the video stream is stored on the recording server of your video surveillance system. Synchronised data on counting operations and video data are transferred to the NEMBUS BCVA customer software.
